First off they have Store Managers in Training. To be able to move up in the company you must enter their training program. The good news is they promote from within so if you do well in the program you will move up the chain of command. You don’t have to a Manager in Training to work at one of their stores. They do have a lot of part-time help to ensure that the store runs smoothly.
You can work in the stockroom or on the floor, but this is part time work only, usually. You can also work part time as one of their store models, yep, that includes those guys and girls standing at the entrances with bikini tops and the shirts off!
Their home office includes career opportunities in merchandising, planning and allocation, finance, information technology and business operations.
You also have to work for the home office for all their design jobs such as apparel design, graphic design, print and patter design, and tech design.These are important jobs that are done solely at the home office. The home office is located in New Albany, Ohio. |
