If you are more interested in the designing, promoting, or marketing arena then you'll have to work with their home office which is located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. You can work your way up from the stockroom to management position as the American Eagle outfitters prefer to promote from inside.
If you're interested in a district management position, there are several of those available. You must be willing to relocate though as many of these positions are found along the East Coast.
