As a salesperson in one of their many stores you would be responsible for helping customers find the shoe, or apparel, that they are searching for. You will be responsible for hiring and scheduling of staff to ensure that you have enough people on the floor during the day. Weekends and holidays will be your busiest time so you will probably want to have more warm bodies on hand.
