The biggest area that they need people is their retail stores. With so many stores nationwide, they need people that can help their customers. Their customer service representatives are there to help the customers find what they are looking for. They will need to be able to answer questions, assist customers and even run the register.
Other duties may include stocking shelves and helping maintain the stores cleanly appearance. Because of a recent restructuring of management, there are very few supervisor or management positions but as a store manager it is your responsibility to staff and maintain your store.
