When you start working for Smoothie King you’re first job will be to assist the customer. You’ll be making the tasty smoothies and snacks that the Smoothie King offers.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store and the equipment used in the store. Store sanitation is extremely important to maintaining a healthy clientele.

If you define yourself as a hard working associate you can work your way up the chain of command. Smoothie King likes to promote from within so there is a chance you can be promoted to one of their shift lead positions. In this position you’ll be responsible for maintaining the high standards set down by Smoothie King for customer service and product quality.

You will need to be able to manage and motivate your team to maintain these standards. If you succeed in doing this you can be promoted to assistant manager or even store manager over time.
