Bagels anyone? In the mid-1990s Boston Chicken, known today as Boston Market, formed the Einstein and Noah Bagel Corporation. This was accomplished by purchasing three different retail bagel chains located in areas without long-standing bagel traditions. The idea was to give Boston Market, as the parent company is now known, a foot into the breakfast food market.
The company began expanding by taking over smaller bagel chains as well as independent stores. They also built stores of their own. As stores expanded so has their menu. Today Einstein and Noah’s Bagel serves not only fresh-baked bagels and bagel sandwiches for breakfast they also have a growing lunch menu that includes salads, soups, and sandwiches.
To make these delicious bagels you have to get up pretty early in the morning. This is no joke the Baker has to be and by 3 AM to get the fresh baked bagels prepared. As a Baker you will be responsible for ensuring all the bagels are made according to the Noah's Bagels recipe.
